Plan 7. A map restricted to the boundaries of Nottinghamshire County is of limited value in evaluating the situation without displaying relevant features up to 20 miles into the surrounding counties. Many mineral safeguarding areas are on the boundaries of Nottinghamshire, and similar areas and activities occur and or are being planned for within this zone which should form part of the Notts MLP evidence base. Notts CC has a duty to cooperate with neighbouring authorities and demonstrate that it has done so.
