Thank you for consulting Natural England on the Main Modifications to the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Waste Local Plan received by email on 8th January 2025.
Natural England has reviewed the schedule of Main Modifications and accompanying documents and can confirm that we have no comments on these.
We can also confirm that we agree with the conclusions of Habitat Regulations Assessment Screening Report (December 2024) that there is unlikely to be any significant effects on European sites arising from the proposed Main Modifications of the Joint Waste Local Plan.
