Thank you for consulting the Environment Agency on the Nottinghamshire and Nottingham Waste Local Plan: Main Modification Consultation.
We welcome the inclusion of PMM40 & PMM41 which will "ensure continued engagement with key bodies within the monitoring process".
We have no other points to raise other than the NPPF references will need to updating throughout the document in line with the December 2024 update.
