Incentives for waste disposal and use of recycling sites
Fly tipping - management and prosecution with increased fines.
Boundary agreements with other districts to accept waste from other areas.
Objectives should be stated, linked to every policy.

The rural community needs to be considered. Recycling provision has been reduced. Proximity to recycling should be within a given distance to off-set carbon foot print and encourage usage.

This area has poor connectivity due to poor road and rail links, specifically congestion around Newark. A new Trent crossing is required with improvements to roads across the county to improve the transportation of waste.
