Waste Issues and Options

Dear Sir / Madam,
On looking through the above document I have one immediate question.

In respect of paragraphs 6.3 and 6.4, once land has been identified by land owners and developers how will Parish Councils and the public be consulted on these sites?

I have circulated the documentation to residents in our parish and asked that people raise questions to myself to enable a coordinated approach, so further questions may arise in due course.
