I think that this is not a policy.
I think that this is the most damaging proposal we have ever seen in this country. You are not agreeing to protect anything that is precious to us.
You are simply agreeing to discuss it and then saying that the needs of the shale extractors will take precedence.
You can not redirect an ancient right of way. It is a 'right' of way. We have the right to protect it and will do so.
