This is all a waste of time. These non-uk companies carrying out the extraction will have no interest in restoration. In the US land has been left barren and toxic. Companies go bankrupt, move on etc etc
I do not believe that it will be any different here. You have no real power to police it. Discussing it cannot make it happen.
The small size of the UK cannot survive even one shale extraction site.
