In point 2 agriculture and forestry should also be specified under restoration.
2. Restoration of minerals development should be in keeping with the character and setting of the local area and should contribute to the delivery of local objectives for habitats, biodiversity, landscape, historic environment, maintaining the capacity to produce food, energy biomass or timber or other community use where appropriate.
In 3b add the details 'planting, habitat stocking or screening with vegetation'
