4 a Refer to waste 'or inert fill' and the routes/methods of importing the material:
Mineral extraction proposals which rely on the importation of waste or inert fill for restoration must:
a) Include satisfactory evidence that the waste or inert fill will be available over an appropriate timescale in the types and quantities assumed; and that it can be brought to the site
6 Add 'the optimum handling of soils to maximise their value'
