5.120 Mineral working may be temporary (until the mineral resource is exhausted, becomes uneconomical or unsustainable) but the duration of working and restoration is often long in relation to people's lifetimes. CAGE strongly supports early and staged restoration 5.121
5.124 Agricultural after-use requires regeneration of an appropriate landform, soil quality (nutrients, composition, particle size distribution, soil profiles, drainage, water table, shelter) etc.
