Paragraph 4.5. states that Nottinghamshire's recycling rate for 2017/18 was 45%, Waste Dataflow and our records show this as being 43.7%. The figures for 2018/19 are now finalised and should be included in the Draft Plan.

We agree that some landfill capacity is required however, considering the relatively small proportion of waste to landfill this would be appropriate on a regional basis rather than necessarily within the Plan Area.
