no, its too long. perhaps use a 5 or 10 year period instead. With climate change impact/changing populations/attitudes to waste and a desire to be less reliant on disposable packaging waste is a fast changing topic. The previous long time frame for waste consultation showed this, with thousands of tonnes of plastic being incinerated not recycled needlessly because it wasnt a recognised need or problem at the time of consultation - dont make the same mistake again and shorten the plan period to 5 or 10 years.
