It would be good if the plan led to a seismic shift in waste reduction, managment and recycling. Notts shouldbe a bational.leader in this area, not a mid-low performer.
Currently, Districts & Boroughs blame NCC, as do Veolia, but new approach needs to be fully integratedas a virtual single systemic approach, with a universal offer across whole area of plan.
The Plan should inspire this vision and have the tools to make it a reality.
