Whilst a 10% rise in recycling rates is in our opinion achievable we believe this is on the optimistic side of and will depend on the levels of any Government contribution to implement proposals set out in the Resources and Waste Strategy. This may be under threat due to the impact on the economy that we face as a result of Covid-19 and Brexit.
