Q9. Have all the relevant sustainability issues been correctly identified in Table 2? If not, what amendments are required?

In the section on Sustainable Communities I welcome the reference to the fact that there is "increasing community concern about the effects of development on local amenity and quality of life" and the recognition that the Plan says "Avoid development close to sensitive areas and guide development to the most suitable locations by balancing need against wider environmental and social issues."
